"We stayed at Villa Serendipity for Thanksgiving week and had an amazing time. Our group consisted of 3 couples with our 6 adult children in their 20’s. We loved everything about this beautiful property! The villa was clean and new….the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Kitchen was fully equipped with anything we could possibly need…living room had enough space for all 12 of us to watch a movie one night…plenty of seating at outdoor tables…and there are so many comfortable places to lounge outside and enjoy the 2 pools and beautiful views! Elevator was super convenient and ice machine was key! We saw a lot of people complaining about mosquitos being an issue on the island because of recent rain, but the Villa is up high on a hill with a lovely breeze so we had no bugs at all. We rented cars to explore the island and visit all the beaches and it was so nice to come back to the villa at the end of the day for late afternoon pool time and cocktails. The location is super convenient to Jan Thiel Beach and Mambo Beach but we ventured to the other end of the island to visit some of the less crowded beaches a few of the days. It’s about a 30 minute drive to downtown Willemstad where we had dinner at some fabulous restaurants. The property manager was very responsive when we had any questions. All in all it was an amazing vacation and we couldn’t have been happier about our decision to stay at Villa Serendipity! "

"The property was nice and quiet. The beach out back was good for snorkeling and several beaches really close that are also good for snorkeling. Tugboat beach was our favorite and just right down the street. The electricity provided was not enough, we were very careful with using the A/C and still had to pay more at the end of the week, I would take off 1/2 star for that, if I had that option, but it wasn't enough to take off a whole star. Around $80 USD extra is what we had to pay. Do not go to Van Den Tweel Supermarket, it is about twice the price of Mangusa Hypermarket, if you love dogs as we do, get a bag of dog food to carry in your trunk while there, there are lots of stray dogs and they just want something to eat and all seemed very friendly. If you are planning a trip to Klein Curacao, Mermaid Boat tours is within walking distance about 5 minutes or less. Pasawa Box Eatery was our favorite restaurant, you do need to drive, but they have a lot of choices of food at good prices. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely go back keeping in mind that we would have to pay additional electricity at the end of our stay."

"What a beautiful, private, waterfront property! You could jump into the water right from the dock and float for hours. Heather was great to coordinate with. The property has a private gate and security system so we felt very safe. This had everything we were looking for. "

"I had an amazing experience here. The food across the board was delicious - definitely had options for everyone. The staff was the best I’ve ever experienced at an all-inclusive. They were basically on the vacation with me lol. The resort itself is gorgeous and very accommodating. The only pitfall was that they didn’t have as many activities/entertainment as I would have liked. It may have been due to the clientele but otherwise, highly recommend. "

"The property is in an excellent location in a very upscale neighborhood. There is a grocery store within 1 mile as well as a beach and restaurant's. Mandi was our host and was there as soon as we arrived and explained everything about the house to us. On the fifth day we had an issue with one of the A/C units as well as a locked door to one of the rooms. We had both items fixed as soon as reasonably possible. I highly recommend this villa."

"The location couldn’t be better - directly on the beach! The ocean waves are just a few meters from the balcony. The beach is perfect and usually completely vacant. Snorkeling is amazing right off the shore in shallow water. We saw a whole variety of fish, sea urchins, coral, eels, crabs, etc. There are three restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend the gouda cheese balls from Brisa do Mar and the tuna from Villa Vis! You will definitely want to rent a car to explore the island. This apartment is near Jan Thiel with lots of shopping and amenities. The apartment is very clean and has everything you will need. There are three mini-split air conditioners that work well. Like most places, you have an energy allotment and will have to pay extra if you go over. We ran the master bedroom AC unit at 22 degrees for approximately 10 hours a day and were under the usage limit. Running both bedrooms all night would put you over the limit, but we didn’t use the bedroom with the twin beds (we were on our honeymoon!). This is a great value and much better than a large resort with rooms far from the beach. I would definitely stay here again and am recommending this VRBO to my friends and colleagues. "

"This was our first time to Curacao so we weren't sure what to expect. We loved the house and its elevation. It had beautiful views, and the main floor where we spent all of our time had a wonderful cross breeze which kept us cool as well as keeping the mosquitoes at bay. The 5 bedrooms were nice but we were worried about using too much electricity so we kept the air off in the rooms during the daytime and spent all of our time on the top floor where the kitchen, outdoor dining area and pool were. The patio furniture was plentiful and comfortable. The location was great, close to Jan Thiel beach and the marina. We would recommend a car because there are so many beautiful beaches to visit that are 45 mins - 1 hour away. Also there are many yummy restaurants in Willemstad which is around 15-25 mins away. And we didn't see a lot of taxis. If we come back to Curacao we would def stay here again."
