Staff was friendly but room was in very poor condition and dirty. Got an upgrade but room heat never got over 18 and bathtub was stained. Near transit but sirens were on and off all night and homeless people slept outside the door scaring my daughter.

The staff was great we had an issue with our card and the Wi-Fi but it was such a minor thing. The place was clean and heating was perfect on these winter nights! Great location, parking if you need it, and late night snacks for the foodies like me.

Our original room smelled of garlic throughout the whole unit .They sent a service man to spray a squirt of some air freshener as a solution for the smell .Went to service desk to request another room which they did .Do not understand how they could give out that room with that smell
