"We inadvertently left behind a favorite jacket and shirt in the closet of our suite. Fortunately, we were in country long enough for the staff to overnight them to us in Auckland. They were SO helpful and accommodating!!! And they started off our stay by upgrading us to a top floor corner suite!! The views were amazing, and between that and the electric blinds, we felt like we were in a movie! We can’t recommend this apartment hotel enough!!"

"One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! The bathrooms are so cute, with blue tiles on the walls and copper pipes that make it look antique. Lots of privacy with curtains at your own bed, your own reading light and outlets. The hostel workers are fantastic. They host daily activities or meals. The night I stayed they made a full dinner for everyone. I would absolutely come back to this hostel"
