Great location - average doesn’t look much like the photos - tired and single glazed- no air con - The toilets didn’t flush well prompt response to have a look at the toilets- worked better- good beds and well stocked kitchen Noise from the street could be heard loudly from internal room. While it is nicely located and we were pleased with the room, the level of noise through the night was unacceptable. Road, vehicle and people noise prevented adequate rest.

Property was freezing cold! There was only a very small oil heater to heat the very large space. It didn’t make any difference. I stayed for business and the room service came to make the room up everyday at 4.30pm. I had already been to work and come back to rest which was then interrupted by the need to make up the room. I stayed 4 nights and the price was very reasonable.

The property is in a good location. The entrance from Lambton quay is dirty and very run down. The rooms are very tired, the beds are hard and you can feel the mattress springs when lying on them. The room was spacious and clean.

This property did not look like the photos. All the furniture was really run down and cracking and there was a lot of dirt and splatters on the walls. The area of the hotel was okay- not too loud and easily walkable.
