"The house was clean and decorated so cutely. The primary bathroom felt luxurious. It’s worth noting that only the primary bedroom is on the first floor in case you have mobility issues. The downstairs living room furniture isn’t super comfortable, but the sectional upstairs is great for lounging and tv watching. The location is on walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. "Jubilee is in a great location- a block from a pool with the kiddie pool, close to Pistache Park, short walk to other parks with fun playgrounds. The house is new and one of the best features include the 3 king bedrooms upstairs that each have full bathrooms. The bunkbed room upstairs had two queen beds with nightlights and a chair swing for reading plus a heavy sliding door for quiet.
