"I travel to Tulsa regularly for work, and often prefer to bring my spouse and beagles with me. This property has been at the top of our "preferred" list for a while. It has all the amenities we need, is in an accessible and safe location, and has a secure backyard (best fence in town!). Communication with the host is easy, and they are always responsive. Highly recommend."

"This is a very conveniently located home in Broken Arrow and to nearby Tulsa! While we only used the master bedroom-very comfortable king sized bed- there are 2 other rooms with a queen and the other with 2 singles. We really enjoyed the “cozy” living room! "Beautiful property; perfect for hosting an out of town wedding party, and having a "after rehersal" reception. There were a few issues. There are 2 very nice, high-end refridgerators; Icemaker on neither of the worked. Owner brought over a portable, counter-top ice maker. Major issue was lack of hot water. After complaining to the owner, he turned up the thermostat for downstairs bath. I later learned that the upstairs tenants also have virtually no hot (barely warm) water, and it seem to shut...

The only issue I had I was supposed to be able to check in prior to 3:00pm did not get the information until 3:30 when I had to contact the property manager. The downstairs living room furniture isn’t super comfortable, but the sectional upstairs is great for lounging and tv watching. The location is on walking distance to cute shops and restaurants.
