"The front desk and the people at margaritaville the waiter and all the people that brought us drink was good but the bartender at the swim up bar and the south beach bar were kind of rude but all the others was awesome and the food was great also"

The only hiccup we had was when asking for new linens, I think the person working the desk forgot to write it down. Hey we're all human. They took care of it right away when I asked again.
