"After 10 stays here at the OYO NEW YORK this hotel is Absolutely my Go-To place for staying in Manila & more specifically the Makati area! Though I am hesitant to broadcast this to the travelling public since I travel to the Philippines often and I don't want to let the secret out! 🤔😅 And the staff is incredible also!"

"I'm not good at English, but the staff politely answered my questions using the translation function on their smartphones. The room was not dirty either. The area around the hotel could be called a slum. The shower had a water heater, but there was no hot water."

"NO WATER NO SHOWER NO DRINKING WATER NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK TO CALL FOR HELP, NO ONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE VERY HOT, AIR CON BARELY WORKS WORST PLACE I EVER STAYED AND THEY ARE GONNA CHARGE ME MONEY TO STAY THERE !
