"Very central location close to shops and train station. Great value given size of the room and price of the breakfast. Enjoyed having choice of a bath and a shower plus being able to follow easy controls on air conditioning. Unfortunately the bed was not the most comfortable, the tea urn didn't ever get hot enough to make quality tea- and there were a lot of stairs!"

"We had a great stay on a high floor. Beware at weekends that the hotel is right at the bottom of the party street and en route to the station. The room was comfortable however the bed was a standard double and felt small, and the water pressure was really disappointing. Staff were lovely, would stay again. "

"Not very many tea and coffee making condiments. Limited milk and sugar. Late night room service ordered from late night menu and took over an hour to arrive. Then only half of the food arrived. Felt like we’re pestering staff. "
