"The place is close to the metro that goes everywhere in the city. There is a supermarket nearby, cafes and everything a tourist needs. The staff members are very nice. The room is in good condition. The balcony is very important for those who smoke."

"Perfect location right off Saldana square however I never saw a single room that looked like the picture featured here! Room was large and had refrigerator, but had 2 very dated very thin mattress beds, there was no actual reception, ‘’ ‘breakfast ‘ was a disaster, I did not eat there, managers are awol. Only talked on the phone and met one person when I arrived and got room key."

"The property was good but there was no way to turn the light off behind the tv at night without turning off the master switch which defeats the ability to have HVAC or charging. We ended up sleeping in a bright room which was not great. There were a lot of instructions attached with renting this property but no instructions for the lights or the room tax required. "

"Very friendly personal waiting for us despite arrival after midnight(TAP was more than 1h delayed). Room with bathroom was great and metro is a few minutes walking distance. Well equiped kitchen available as well! Thanks so much for this nice stay! Only negative aspect is the fact that planes start every few minutes from 5 am - 11 pm across the city but I guess it's hard to find a place where one doesn't hear the noise. "

"Room is clean but no cabinet/drawers or place to put away our clothes and things. It stays in our suitcases the entire stay. First day, we arrived after 3pm but were given a wrong room and found a roll of dirty tissue in the washroom. Not much toiletries just a bottle of liquid soap and a bottle of shampoo. No slipper and bathrobe as stated and shown in the photos. No welcome gift (for our anniversary and it was mentioned prior to arrival). Breakfast, not much selections. Staff were nice and...

"No hot water for morning shower 2 mornings out of 3. Shower did not drain. Sink did not drain. Mold in bathroom walls. No light at entrance to main room from exterior vestibule. Mirror in room was too high, too small, and too far from plug. Bed was very noisy when I rolled over at night. Barely enough covers to keep me warm. The place has potential, but needs some serious attention."

"Our hosts has fantastic communication. It was simple to find and so cute! The space was plenty, great amenities, clean and quiet. The fan gave plenty of cooling. Our hosts spent time giving us tips on where to go. There were so many details that they included. The added breakfast was delicious! The home has granola, cookies, tea and coffee for anytime. Great place! Would highly recommend staying here!"

"We booked this hotel bot realizing how close it is to downtown Lisbon. Because we had rented a car, this was a nice surprise, althpugh Im sure theres a bus that could get you anywhere from here if you don't have a car. The staff were extremely nice without being intrusive. Check in and check out were smooth. The room was very nice, especially for the price, quiet, very clean, spacious and well equipped. The balcony and the view were nice as well. We stayed here for the first 2 nights of our trip, and we stayed downtown Lisbon in another hotel for our final night. This hotel was less than half the price and nicer in my opinion, and only a 20 minute drive to downtown! The included breakfast was fantastic, great variety, fresh and good quality (as was all the food we had in Portugal!). Would absolutely stay again. "

"The hotel staff were extremely helpfull in every aspect! They gave us an overview of best restaurants to eat at and places to visit in Lisbon. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was great! Great Value for money!! We would definitely stay again!"
