"Hotel itself was very clean, staff responded fast through message so we could enter in with code, the actual room it’s safe as someone would have to go through 2 coded doors and a locked door or climb 6 stories, the outside was definitely on a sketchy road people were staring so make sure to look at your surroundings and the people at ALL TIMES. I probably wouldn’t go alone, other than that the room was amazing for the price and bed was very comfty! "

"El mejor lugar si quieres estar cerca de todo. En nuestro caso despedimos el año en la Plaza del Comercio y en minutos llegamos caminando al hotel. Muy cerca de la estacion del tren Baixa. Hay muchas opciones de comida alrededor y el elevador de Santa Justa justo al doblar la calle. El hotel esta en remodelación, pero eso no nos afectó en nada. El cuarto con balcón y vista a la ciudad es excelente. Nos recibieron muy bien, nos guardaron las maletas y nos dieron recomendaciones para restaurantes....

"The villa is beautiful with a big backyard of beautiful garden, pool and spa area. The room is large and spacious with large tub. Receptionist are friendly. This is a beautiful resort but the only con is their WiFi is bad. Can't get connection most of the time my stay there which I have to let them know about the bad connection. "Stayed here for 5 nights recently during our trip to Lisbon. This hotel is an excellent location which is very convenient to walk around or to find a taxi. There are lot of nice restaurants within walkable distance to this place. This looks like an older building which was refurbished and modernized.
