"Great experience just what l needed!"

"Shower drain was so slow had to stop mid shower to wait for it to drain so it dud not flood. Asked room to be cooled down - 2x - was overheated ( heat pump has in room control but would not cool room down). Was 23 degrees according to central controls but felt worse and was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. Note: weather outside was not hot about 12..."

"We booked this hotel bot realizing how close it is to downtown Lisbon. Because we had rented a car, this was a nice surprise, althpugh Im sure theres a bus that could get you anywhere from here if you don't have a car. The staff were extremely nice without being intrusive. Check in and check out were smooth. The room was very nice, especially for the price, quiet, very clean, spacious and well equipped. The balcony and the view were nice as well. We stayed here for the first 2 nights of our trip, and we stayed downtown Lisbon in another hotel for our final night. This hotel was less than half the price and nicer in my opinion, and only a 20 minute drive to downtown! The included breakfast was fantastic, great variety, fresh and good quality (as was all the food we had in Portugal!). Would absolutely stay again. "
