"The restaurant was excellent all the staff were nicely dress and very efficient, pricing was reasonable for this star hotel. Our room was lovely and clean with excellent bedding and towels. The spa is well worth a visit one of the best we have tried in recent months and the staff 1st class. Plenty of car parking but the reception forgot to make a note of my registration apart from that highly recommended. R Bristol"

"Friendly staff on front desk willing to accommodate our requests, room clean but basic is an understatement, I know it is a budget hotel but at least heating (we had a tiny oil radiator in the room that didn’t heat it) luckily we had blankets in the car!! And no kettle or tea and coffee in the room had to pay extra at the desk when checking in"
