"I booked this property 5 months ago and on the day of arrival, the host told me we would be staying in a completely different property to the one booked due to a ‘double booking’. I felt this could have been communicated to me at the time of booking and not on the day I was due to arrive so alternative accommodation could’ve been sorted. I’m really disappointed and this experience has spoiled what should have been a relaxing weekend away with friends."

"We had an excellent stay, The house was perfect for our group , open plan great for crawling babies and toddlers, we loved the outside amenities super safe cover on pool, tennis courts, superb games room and so much outdoor space, not forgetting the hot tub and covered outdoor bbq area. Great communication with Timo, would definitely suggest visiting nearby Moors country park 10 mins drive away, Great location would love to return some time in the future , also if you put in Matchams view point...

"Staying here felt like you walked into a story book; beautiful gardens, bridge over the creek with swans swimming up and down, sheep in the fields, views of Salisbury Cathedral, stylish decorated rooms. We greatly enjoyed our stay. "

"House was clean but nothing was provided not even tea sugar salt and pepper! Only one towel per bed! Small house and not worth the price what we paid. Too much! "
