"Clean.Balcony with views over dunes to sea and sunsets.Helpful manager quickly resolved problem of new kettle tripping electricity on arrival.Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery , pans, ovenware etc best we’ve ever encountered on vrbo. Quiet location , good parking, walks to town etc. Only downside beds rather soft for us , all preferred firmer mattress but that’s a personal thing. Overall good experience."

"Located right in the center of Alvor, very close to restaurants and shops. The downside is that there is a huge construction site neighbouring the house. Lots of noise. Instructions to get into the house was unclear, the key was missing from the key chain. We waited more than 30 min to get in. There were 4 doors and none of the keys worked. We had the main floor. The upstairs is rented as well. The doors knobs need replacing, they barely work and one came off in our hand. Cleaniless...

"fantastic accommodation, very good location and nice pool ( a little cold this time of year). The owners communications and hospitality wee really good and helpful. The accommodations is in very convenient locations, walking distance from Beach and restaurants. Very modern and well equipped, with off-road parking and everything you could possibly need. Will definitely be back "

"The accomodation was traditional and clean, however the outside space was poorly kept and pool was unusable. The note in side the property said it was the occupants responcibility to clean the pool. I don't go on holiday to to start working on the place i am staying. The bedding was very minimal and no duvets."

He was wonderfully informative about the town and was very helpful with recommendations. Thyl also does tours and we thoroughly recommend. Thank you!"

The house was not super duper clean when we arrived and there was a bit of a confusion with handling the keys and payments, but we were overall very happy with the stay and would consider it again. We missed a few items in the house, but Catia was very friendly and promptly delivered them to the house. Thanks a lot!"

"Located in the centre of the village. There's a good grocery shop 2 minutes' walk away for all needs (closed lunchtimes, Sundays and public holidays). Restaurants mostly closed in winter but there's a good little cafe. There's a rail station (Mex. Grande) under 10 mins walk away that may look abandoned but has a schedule along the coastal railway, buy ticket on train with cash only. Infrequent trains so we used the ride share app to get to the coast which was as cheap as 2 going by train/bus....

"Der Check-In Prozess lief über eine andere Person als der Vermieterin. Wir haben nie jemanden persönlich angetroffen. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp funktionierte aber gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, in einer nachgefragten Gegend - was einzig den hohen Preis erklärt. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, direkt nebenan aber auch einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft, und vor allem die Stühle sind deutlicher abgenutzt, als die Fotos dies suggerieren. Es gibt nur einen Liegestuhl und der...
