"Immediately felt at home in this property! All the rooms were well appointed, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. This home is very spacious and heaters and fireplace made it cozy on cool March evenings. The area is beautiful and quiet in spite of the construction nearby. We enjoyed exploring numerous beaches and sights in the Algarve, never more than an hour drive. Aljezur has a sweet old town with historic and cool vibe and lovely beaches within walking distance. "Clean.Balcony with views over dunes to sea and sunsets.Helpful manager quickly resolved problem of new kettle tripping electricity on arrival.Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery , pans, ovenware etc best we’ve ever encountered on vrbo. Quiet location , good parking, walks to town etc. Only downside beds rather soft for us , all preferred firmer mattress but that’s a personal thing. Overall good experience."

"The windmill and annex building were great. The walled courtyard was really nice. I was not thrilled with the town itself but this being just outside of town made the stay very enjoyable. The host was very easy to communicate with and seemed really nice. If I were to stay in the area again I would stay here. Very enjoyable!"

We felt immediately at home, thanks to the heartfelt hospitality of Heike and Klaus, who were always there to help and give us tips. "Lovely villa with character. Large shared living space. Rooms large - twin on ground floor 2 en suite rooms one almost a mezzanine and one accessed through a separate door outside the building. We didn’t try the sauna or pool as it was February. Kitchen has everything to cater for a large group with a big dining table.Log burner was fantastic.Great location halfway up the valley side above Monchique."
