"My single room was probably one of the tiniest rooms I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel. But it was clean and had everything I needed. The front desk staff were amazingly nice and helpful. I had forgotten two boxes there when I left and they did everything they could to get them to me. Incredibly nice. The location wasn’t the best for me but seemed to be liked by others. Very safe for single woman traveler. No breakfast offered. Enjoyed my stay because of the staff "

"This was an excellent place to stay with my family. The amenities were great- a nice kitchen, a beautiful rooftop to hang out at and nice rooms. It is at a great location for cruising around the city, within walking distance to Chapultepec park and Roma Norte. The only drawback is that there is no parking if you need it. I’d definitely use this place again. "

"Itzaee is in the middle of the most delightful neighborhood, walkable, safe, and a gastronomical neighborhood that astounds. It is quiet, my room had a window that let in just the right amount of light. The lady in charge while I was there was exceptionally hospitable, and helpful in pointing in the right direction, they even arrange for a taxi on their own cell phones. However, the hot water did not work, it was either too hot, or cold and I took cold showers. Regretfully that is important...
