"I booked and I Tried to contact Hotel the o confirm reservations but they never answer the phone, they Hotels.com representative tried with no luck, when I got there Hotel was closed and waited there until 12 midnight also waiting for Hotels.com to relocate me but then my phone died and I had to pay for another reservation at a different unsafe place to get my family to rest"

"We had a great stay in Roma Norte. Perfect location. Safe neighbourhood. Staff were lovely. Tons of food places, bars and shops! The rooms itself are lovely and modern! But the cleanliness of it can be much better. The floors in the whole room are filthy. Clearly they haven’t been mopped in a long time. You cannot walk around the room barefoot without the bottom of your feet turning black. The water pressure in the bath is very low. There was issues with hot water now and then. Housekeeping...
