"Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke Room was in good condition"

"We only stayed from the 31st to the 3rd. When we arrived, despite calling the day before to inform them that we would be a late check in. We got to the hotel at 10pm. We were then informed that there were no rooms availible. We were then shuttled with 3 other guests to the Sheraton Univetsal for the evening. We checked in there at 11pm by the time it was done. We were also told to get an Uber back and we would be reimbursed by the hotel. I asked for the shuttle that brought us here. They picked...

"Great property but if your room has a marina view the street below can be a little loud."

"Overall it was great especially the room layout and big seating by the window. I didn’t like the outdated coffee maker, should be Nespresso. I didn’t like that the room service was not free ( $5 charge just to deliver free ice from downstairs). Also, the in room dinner wasn’t that good "
