"Sugoi!! Having travelled to Japan six times now, and stayed in practically every type of accommodation from family ryokans, hostels, business hotels and big “western” style hotels…this by far has been the best. Why? The amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The room design has a nice traditional twist for a modern hotel. Would recommend a lake view room too (great for people watching and having a little deck in a hotel in Japan is unheard of). Highly recommend. "
