"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "The property itself is gorgeous and well equipped. I booked for 1 night and only if I have more time to spend in the hotel. The only thing is the bar tender in the hotel is not polite at all and it seems he does not like to serve or be asked about questions. All the other staffers are exceptionally polite thoigh"

"While the property is older, it had everything that we needed. It was quiet, and the breakfast was nice. We had the family room that had two single beds on the first floor with two single beds upstairs. The room was small, but it was adequate. I really loved opening the windows to let the fresh air in during the month of April. The window and the ceiling was leaking water just a little bit. But it was taken care of by the maintenance guy after we had reported it to the front desk."
