"The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "

"Stayed here last year (2023) and gave it 5-stars and a glowing review... Nothing has changed in a year. Maybe another visit in 2025? I hope so!!!"

"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "We stayed here for two nights before our flight home. Was a nice location to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. The beds were very comfortable. "

"Nice, clean and cozy. Very reasonably priced as well. The beauty of Fluhli and surrounding areas is unmatched. However wifi was not provided and host did not communicate at all when asked for help. Since it was a remote region, data didnt work well, so no wifi was definitely a negative experience."
