"Amazing Deluxe Suite! We have been with my dog and the Hotel was absolutely pet friendly with also a Pets Menu in the room ! Very nice and relaxing SPA area, swimming pool outdoor/indoor for adults only from 7pm as well. Only negative note is on the view from our room that was not so great since we were at first floor only and with the mountains mostly covered by the building in front of the balcony."

Only minor criticism is that there was no small refrigerator in the room. Front desk and Mauricio at the bar were super-nice and responsive. New cook, who owned his own hotel for 3 decades in Alsace, was excellent! "
