"Great home for a big family or friends group stay. House is was perfect size for 7 couples with fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen. Host was excellent with his response times and accommodated all our needs. Location is very central and few nice pubs around the corner. I would recommend The Odd Fellows pub. Wish weather was better and we had another day of stay to enjoy the snooker table and hot tub too and outdoor area. "

"The Nook is a lovely place located in a perfect position to explore Shrewsbury and the surrounding area. The quality of the furnishings and particularly the bed are very good. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider a further visit in the future. The only reason for four stars rather than five is due to the narrow spiral staircase which is quite steep. We could manage it but for some people it would be a real challenge."

"We came together from the US, Scotland and England for celebrating our son's engagement. Loved being able to interact & relax in the same space instead of individual hotel rooms. Only 20 mins away from venue for the engagement. Plenty of room so we could have privacy when needed and enough bathrooms for 12 of us. Definitely recommend."

"The house was a great place to stay with lots of interesting places to visit in the area. A great deal of thought has been given to the layout of the property with three good sized bedrooms all with their own bathroom. The main room with its lovely views across the countryside was a great size with comfortable sitting and a very efficient wood burning stove.
