"The lights at the head of the bed were not operative. Looked under the bed stand and found the wall plug was pushed into the wall and not even mounted, which made pushing the light cord back into the socket difficult. While performing this task, 2 cockroaches came running out from under the bed. Had to make sure all of my luggage was sealed so I didn't leave with any extra passengers."

"Very helpful staff. 1st room, wasn't smoke free like asked for. They changed it very nicely with no issues. Didn't feel/look like the safest area, but we only were really there to sleep.
