"Having a house right on the lake was perfect. Having the dock right at the property was a great spot to canoe, kayak, and swim. The house was well stocked with towels, extra blankets and pillows, and everything needed in the kitchen for us to make several meals. The grill worked well. The back porch looking over the lake was a great spot in the mornings and evenings to relax. There is a house nearby undergoing some construction, and weed eating can start as early as 7am which was a bummer but...

"We had a wonderful stay in the Pine Mountain Lake community! Hailey is an excellent host! I had a few questions leading up to our visit and she responds very quickly! The area is very beautiful, fun to watch the wildlife. Deer, rabbits, birds and bats! The kitchen is fantastic! Huge! Plus it has everything you can possibly need. Master suite is very comfortable. Thank you Hailey for hosting our family!"

"Nice home about an hour from the west entrance to Yosemite (make sure you have reservations to enter the park). One lone deer visited every morning. Not many dining options, but the pizza place has very good wings for a decent price. The local grocery store was well stocked. The cabin itself was nice. "This is truly a home away from home.. We visit my wife’s family yearly in Groveland and this house is our go to. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and cozy. Our family enjoyed our stay here. We make new memories every time we visit. The lake is a 10 minute walk away which we did. The house having a EV charger is a plus! They have made some upgrades since our last visit which is a plus. "

"Nice place and looks exactly like the pictures. Comfortable beds. Hidden $46 fee per car. Not on the VRBO listing. Mgmt communication about it says $44. The amenities available are not worth that if you’re visiting Yosemite. The fees added up to about 43% of the cost without the additional car fees. "The fact that the property is on the lake keeps me from giving this stay a pretty poor review. First off, unfortunately the ad for this property on VRBO omits the fact that this gated community has a lot of rules (the home has a good amount too), so you are always wondering if your going to get reprimanded for something (oh what fun!). Also, I specifically inquired if this property had a bedroom and bath on the entry floor and the response was yes… we’ll I’m not sure who would consider a futon...

"This place was fine for a weekend visit for a wedding. We had a couple complaints being the oil diffusers in the bathrooms had a very overpowering smell and that the pillows were very stiff. However, the towels were fluffy and the place was accomodating."

"We enjoyed the flannel sheets and comfy beds, and the easy access to Yosemite. Place is well equipped. Groveland is cute town and host communication was very prompt and helpful."
