"A fantastic place to stay when going to watch the Gators play!! Beds are very comfortable. AC was good for the room size. Lots of space in the rooms. Definitely a steal for the money. "The host's were very friendly and available. The property is in a great location and easily accessible to many natural attractions. The main road has a nice bike / walking path towards town. This is a typical farm / country setting that is comfortable. There are no extravagant furnishings, just a nice back yard, fire pit and rod iron lawn furniture with cushions. The above ground pool was welcoming but not ideal for getting in and out of at our age. There is a small bathroom with a shower...

"Check in was a little chaotic. Since I had booked through Expedia they couldn’t find that I had already paid in full at first. It took them awhile to find it. The manager kept saying that it was payment was declined loudly which was quite embarrassing. It all worked out eventually though. The rest of the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door stuck and was difficult and loud to close. Overall, it was a great visit and we will stay here again. "

"Host was very friendly & accomodating, flexible. Long, dusty, bumpy dirt road to property. Woodsy & secluded. If you think camping, you'll be thrilled w/ AC, very comfortable beds, electricity, hot & cold water etc. You won't mind so much missing & broken items and minor housekeeping lapses. Overall, a pleasant, inexpensive getaway, tho you can hear &glimpse major highway nearby. Despite nearby homes, we saw a deer and several bunnies!"

"Owner asked us to switch to the Farmhouse (there are two tiny houses next to each other on the property. The house was perfect for our family of 5 for one night with a double bed, double air mattress and futon. Electric heater kept the house warm through the cold night. Not a lot of space inside, but plenty of room to sleep and get cleaned up, which is all we needed, and plenty of space to move around outside. "

"The apartment was very nice and comfortable for our stay. The owner clearly communicated and check in and out was super easy. We went to Mill Creek Farm the retirement home for horses which was so wonderful and I highly recommend. We also really enjoyed a brewery and winery near by (about 10 min drive) Daft Cow and Beaker. The coffee shop I'd recommend is Doxa (about a 5 min drive). Downtown Alachua itself was a little disappointing. It's unfortunate that there aren't more shops and restaurants...
