"The sofa beds did not have linen or bedding in the correct size. The bathroom door in one of the rooms needs to be repaired, you could get trapped. The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay. "We rented this because our future inlaws have a river house that they go to for the holidays. The close proximity to their house (15 minutes) was convenient. The property was well maintained and we actually saw a herd of deer from our bedroom window. We did not take full advantage of the outdoor bar and seating area but it was a nice plus. We definitely will book this place again. Our host Angela King was available to answer any questions and made our stay very comfortable. "

"This cabin has everything you would expect: fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and even a washer and dryer. Hosts are amazing - always checking if you need something to make your stay even better. I stayed there for 5 nights during my cave diving training. I could have not chosen a better option. I will have this property as my first option in North Florida."

"We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!"
