THIS IS ONE OF THE LAST RIVERS IN FLORIDA WHERE THE WATER IS STILL CRYSTAL CLEAR.

Shaded home with sunny dock. Float down the river or watch the current in this spring fed crystal clear water. Fishing, boating, snorkeling, cave diving, scuba, swimming. Covered, and screened front porch, covered parking. With over 100 ft waterfront view of the crystal clear Ichetucknee River, our home features an open floor plan for the living, dining, and kithchen. The master bedroom has a private full bath and opens onto the sundeck which over looks the river. The other three bedrooms and full bath, have two queen size beds and a king. The living room opens onto the screened porch that also overlooks the river. The entire house is on stilts with parking underneath plus plenty of parking for boats. COMPLETELY FURNISHED...bring your personal items, food, clothes & a desire for a relaxing vacation. We have all dishes, utensils, linens, towels and more. Satellite TV throughout . Boat ramps available.

Ideal Location
Being right on the Ichetucknee River and a stones throw from Hodor Park is ideal. The property is also a nice open layout and is comfortable. Great place to stay for the area.

The River House is truly something special - our boys stayed here once when they were little, and now again as they're young adults, and they loved it (in different ways) both times. Very comfortable house and surroundings. I hope we go back for a 3rd time!

Great place on the Ichnetucknee
Great weekend get away for a big group of friends. The house was very large and well furnished with everything needed. It was very comfortable for all 8 of us. Sitting out on the dock during the day and evenings was awesome. Nice hot water, good wifi, covered parking, plenty of seating… lots to like about the house! But still the best was being right on the river. Would definitely love to book again.

Best Vacation ever!!
My kids will tell you this was the best vacation ever!! We spent everyday in the water at the dock swimming and snorkeling and every night on the porch and in the yard grilling and making a fire to roast s’mores for the kids!! It was the best!! Comfortable beds and plenty of room and everything our family needed for the week!! We brought our own kayaks and food but they pretty much supplied the rest!❤️❤️❤️

Excellent location. Our family and friends had a really awesome visit! House was roomy and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, but needs new pans and skillets. Also really wish the bedrooms had a t least queen beds, instead of full beds. Main bedroom was delightful. Lots of places to chill and relax here!!
