"We stayed for 5 nights here, and it was just wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I think value for money was very good. The property grounds are very well kept, peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The dining options were OK inside the resort. "Staff and overall stay was lovely. I was a little upset that my door jammed locked and I was stuck waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes and they didn’t offer much empathy and no compensation, but I understand they don’t have to do that. The AC didn’t ever go below 22 celcius which won’t be pleasant for those that like it cold at night. Very nice toiletries and bathrooms. Pool area is gorgeous and the bar food and drinks were great.
