"It was nice tourist location, a bit removed from main areas if you want to explore but safe and well guarded"

"This ocean front properties is very beautiful esp. The ground ! So many swimming pools and very family friendly but still nice for adults to use. There are restaurants if you don’t want to eat out and the back of the lobby look right into the ocean. Staffs are very accommodating but sometimes their English can be limited, you have to explain a few times but they always go out to meet your needs. The spa is nice as we enjoyed it very much. Room is clean but seemed not replenish the little things ie coffee cups, wash cloths daily. One thing I think need improvement is the concierge as I don’t think they should be knowledgeable about the attractions to suggest to their guests which we ran into."

"Can’t fault the Grand Mirage Family Paradise. Absolutely made for families in mind - main pool that isn’t too deep, indoor soft playground, games room, splash park. Plenty to keep the kids entertained. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and very quickly knew our kids’ names. Buffer breakfast was great too. Will be back!"
