"We stayed at the Palace for seven nights in early February. It had been a while since our last visit in 2016, so I was delighted to find that the Palace still exudes a beautiful traditional Balinese look and style, complemented by exceptional service. The Palace team, led by Bina, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. All the staff were outstanding, but I want to give a special shoutout to Kadik, Erika, and Noni. The breakfast was superb, and the complimentary cocktails and canopies in the evening were delightful. I highly recommend the Palace for a beautiful Balinese experience. "
