"This is about 40 minutes away from Mazatlan. We had absolute quiet and we were there to relax, we were in heaven. The restaurant staff were amazing and so was the food. My sister and I were completely relaxed when we left, wish we had more time. I would recommend to anyone who is not there to party or be in the middle of the action. Unfortunately, although the host was responsive and sent a technician, the electric kitchenette didn't work, I was able to cook only once! "While at the hotel the fob programmer for the keys broke down. We were not provided a key for the room until the last 12 hours of our stay. We had the security guard open the room for us every time (he was nice). When you check in the request you wear a bracelet. There is no other reason other than access to the hotel for the bracelet. "Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days. This is typical of Mexican holiday destinations - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Great place, but the rooms are definitely not soundproof!"

"Nicely kept property with open-air interior giving it a jungle feel. The small kitchen serves great food and margs. The staff is wonderful. We stayed on the third floor and there isn’t an elevator, so be aware as the stair climbs are a bit tiring. We would stay here again."
