"What a perfect house for our family of four, my mother in law, and our two pups - with room to spare. It was so comfortable and modern and we absolutely love Wolcott. The property was beautiful with privacy and we loved watching the kids and dogs run around and play in the snow. The location was easy for us to do day trips to Stowe and Burlington and Morrisville is so convenient for everything you need. Elmore Lake is so beautiful too and we enjoy the quaintness of the Elmore Store! We will definitely rent this home again - after multiple other rentals in the area where we were never able to bring the dogs we are so happy to have found this one. Thank you so much!"

"Loved the warmth of the property and the views! Although not for everyone, there are a a number of stairs from parking to the house that get a bit more treacherous with snow and ice, as well as the winding staircase within, this was still a great property. The kitchen was set up fully for cooking and the gas stove was certainly a big plus!!! We really enjoyed the living area, as well as the cozy and warm gas fireplace. The water pressure was fantastic, and since the house is boiler heated the water was always so rapid to warm, and plentiful!!! Can’t say enough nice things!!"

"This house is/was absolutely stunning! The host, Anton was amazing as well! We took our two kids up to VT to see Ben & Jerrys & Cabot, which we did, but each time we left we could not wait to get back to the house! You literally can get lost in this house. My family's favorite part was the movie theater. I could not figure out how to get the lights in the wine cellar to work, but we just went in to check it out so it made no difference to us. Everything in the house was perfect, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, you name it!! Huge thank you to Anton for making our vacation one that we will never forget! To have a house such as this, and allow pets is unheard of! Thank you so much!"

"The property was absolutely gorgeous. We had many family members in town and everyone was able to occupy the space comfortably as well as sleep accordingly. Highly recommend if you want a space to sleep a larger family. "

"Our stay at this property was wonderful. The apartment was very cute and comfortable. It was a great place to spend time with family and friends. The beds were very comfortable with excellent bedding. The bathroom was large and very modern. The location allowed easy access to local attractions. After we arrived, our hosts Johann and Sandy were easy to communicate with and they were very prompt to look after our needs. They made us feel very much at home. Our trip did have just a couple hiccups though. First, communication before our arrival date was a bit frustrating. When I received confirmation of my reservation it listed it for 1 guest not 4. I tried several times to reach out to correct the error but the Expedia site kept communication details for the hosts hidden. Next, i did not received any pre-stay information other than address. I had to contact Expedia in order to get a phone number to call and get instructions on how to enter the property. After my initial call, communication was great but trying to get that phone number waisted a lot of my time while I was in the middle of traveling. The last problem during this stay was that the heat in the entire building went out during the middle of our stay. I would like to commend Johann for promptly seeing to the issue. He had a HVAC repair person there in one day. Over all, our trip was very nice and I would stay there again. "
