The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic coming through. Victor the host was responsive and answered any questions we had. Would recommend without hesitation."

"The property was great to visit with friends. Close to pickleball, candlepin bowling, and great food! The kitchen is on the bottom floor of where you entertain. There is a hot tub that we did not use because it was cold in January!"

"We highly recommend a stay here when in Boston! The house is very comfortable, well-kept and in a nice location. The T station is just a few blocks away, making trips into the city very easy. Revere Beach is within walking distance, and was a daily highlight of our trip. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We had an unexpected issue come up and needed to extend our stay. Sean promptly and graciously helped us work with Evolve to secure the extra nights needed.We look forward...

"I love a good foodie getaway and this spot is great for it. Kitchen is spacious and perfect for cooking feasts of lobster, clams and local seafood. (BYO steampot) Location is nice to bop around in Brant Rock or check out nearby areas like Duxbury, Scituate or Plymouth. "

"Big problem communicating with the host. I was told this was one of 160 properties run by this company, and the host was communicating from out of the country. Very difficult to run a business like this. We were without hot water for nine days.Walk two blocks to my daughters to take a shower. Maintenance man walked in the unit and unannounced. This is unacceptable.Would not recommend to stay here. "
