On this occasion we left my husbands medication in the mini fridge and when we called just a couple of hours after check out to let them know and that we could come back to collect it we were told it was not there. This means it had not been saved as lost property by the housekeepers and had been discarded. In our opinion this is not good practise. "

"We drive there so Great place to stay venture out other area. Free guest parking. Only 30 minute drive to central London and 7 minutes drive to Windsor. Didn't try the food there. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms."
