"Very pleasant , staff very friendly and helpful . Nice lounge area with flat screen tv.. Bar serving various beers , ciders and spirits as well as teas and coffees. Full breakfast if required . Room clean and tidy with a bathroom , tv , phone , safe , desk and chair . Right opposite the beach and a short walk to the pier and town . "

"We were incredibly well looked after by all the staff we met there. We had told them my husband had mobility issues and we had a room just nearby reception and the dining area, making access really easy. They had also given us a room with 2 comfy chairs which myself, and especially my husband, really appreciated after travelling. There was a great selection of choices at breakfast, with staff replacing items as soon as they were needed. The Mercure is a great base to explore the local area, we were able to really rest and relax. We will definitely be visiting again!"
