"Estuvimos en Villa Soro y quedamos encantados con el hotel, la atención del staff! Enfermé durante mi estancia en el hotel y ellos me ayudaron. Y orientaron en a donde ir a que me medicaran. Durante mi Visita al doctor, hubo cambio de turno y al regresar al hotel, la nueva recepcionista estuvo muy al pendiente de que me había comentado el Doctor y que me podían ayudar. "Actually the hotel notified in advance that they were having problems so had moved us to Hotel Ercilla, a sister property but more upscale. I recommend it. "

"We stayed 6 nights while touring San Sebastián and did some day trips to Bilbao, Biarritz and Bayonne. We enjoyed the 35 minute walk into the old town passing by the seaside. The hotel was the perfect place for us after a long day of exploring San Sebastián. Facilities were exactly what we needed. We will be back. "
