"Yes! Here's a slightly refined version for better flow: My partner and I had an amazing stay! The room and view were fantastic. We booked a balcony room, but the weather was too cold and windy....Still, we enjoyed the view from indoors. The breakfast was good, though I expected more options. Overall, the stay was wonderful, and I’d give the room and property a 10/10!"

"I'm unable to completely answer the survey, because due to no fault of the staff at the hotel there was a major power outage in the area from Ice storm. However I'm just going to give a shout out to the staff, under this very devastating and difficult condition and they were clearly stressed to their maximum, they maintained a positive attitude and use the system to make sure that customers were treated fairly. When we were cold at night, they walked up five flights of stairs to bring us extra blankets. Well it was hard to see completely, we were able to see that the hotel was very clean and we were very happy to have a safe place to stay during this epic ice storm in Northern michigan."
