"First room they gave me smelt like a cigar bar. They switched me to another and it was quiet and did not smell. Carpets had some stains and the shower had a hole in the ceiling. "

"Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful! Appreciated the complimentary water and hot beverages in the lobby. Our room was clean and comfortable. Just what we wanted after a long day of driving. Hotel location is great for downtown walk and food options. (Try Heavenly Donuts!) Also easy drive to Sundial Bridge if you want a good nature walk. "

"Had no problems with check in, check out, or any part of our stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean but does smell like cigarettes in the hallway due to the casino attached but it did not come into the rooms at all so it wasn’t a bother. Had trouble sleeping due to the loud fan that would turn on and off for the ac/heater. Overall, it was a great price for a good place to stay while our son was playing in a local tournament. We will stay here again. "

"I loved the hotwl and the surroundings. The only reason I did not give it all 5 stars is because that by 9:30 am, yhe clwaning lady was knocking at our room door to see of we had checked out so she could clean, mi d upu, check out time was at 11 am, and she did it twice, I felt that they were asking us to leave, my hisband started packing and we left."
