"As a place to sleep while running around St Augustine and having purchased the Old Town Trolley ticket that would drop us off right at the motel, Villa 1565 worked out very well. The price point was a perfect no frills bullseye. I would consider staying here again."

"The location is in walking distance to all historic attractions. The views were beautiful of the bay and the lighthouse. However we didnt grt a good night's sleep. There was alot of noice coming out of aircondioner in the closet only during the night. We also heard somone walking around the room on the wood floors. We did feel afraid but would wake us up. We would love to know if anyone else has experienced this. We were in room 103. Beside tjay the place is lovely and highly recommend it."

"Amazing! Wonderful staff, awesome location right in the heart of everything, a balcony on each side of our room with a view of St. George St. You could stay here and never have to go further than a quarter mile for everything you need. Love this place and will be back for sure!!!"
