"The Reef Retreat setting is very nice and tranquil. The only drawback for us was our room was a top floor one. We had lots of suitcases due to our cruise before we disembarked in Cairns. The location is very good and close to many restaurants. The room was comfortably and had everything we needed."

Accessibility is easy, convenient close to a coffee shop, restaurants, while other cafes, shops are walking distance. The business centre and gym were reasonably equipped. Room 2410 was okay. "Check in was easy and apartment was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all that you need and quite spacious. The outdoor seating area was lovely to sit out and watch the horses come by early morning. Tranquil and quiet. Would definitely recommend."
