"We stayed for 3 nights in a compact queen bed room which was space enough for two. They supplied initial tea, coffee and milk but we had to buy more from the small shop opposite ( newly opened so was pricey) and we had no room services so got rid of our own rubbish and made our own bed etc - ( but it wasn’t a problem) the check in ladies were more than helpful and friendly and the location to the local restaurant s etc was a perfect stroll along the esplanade. We loved Palm cove but wished it...

"No TV reception in first room so had to shift rooms. Second room TV on strange angle facing to ceiling. Suggest wall mount."

"The property could do with a bit of an upgrade. The walkways had broken tiles in several areas. The furniture didn’t match. The pool area is lovely and generally has a relaxing vibe. The pool bar is very accommodating. "

"Beautiful place and small beach town of Trinity Beach. Bus stop across the street, easy to take to Cairns. Quiet and relaxing. Really nice pool. Well equipped kitchen and laundry in your room!"

"Great pool. Odd layout for access to elevator , long walk down hallway as lift at the end. Unit was nicely refurbished, but could use new mattress. Overall great stay., our second visit to the Drift. Close to good restaurants, pubs and grocery."

"My husband and daughter (10) loved our 7-night stay at Oasis. The heated pool is amazing (warm, clean and very large), there is a BBQ next to the pool which was handy (along with a fridge), our room was spacious with a wonderful corner balcony (and balcony out the back), it was clean, and everything was in working order. Oasis is close to the esplanade and the Tavern over the road had lovely food. We hope to be back. "
