"Room is fine, staff was friendly. Windows in room dirty, parking lot needs to be cleaned up ( cigarette butts, etc), pool had an odd chemical floating it, dated building and air conditioner….needs some upgrades. "

"The facility is beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only recommendation I would have is to paint the sidewalk curb where the driveway slope away at the entrance a bright yellow. Walking along there the transition isn’t very noticeable and it’s easy to step off the side and loose your balance. It does increase the risk for a fall. Everything else is lovely."

"Myself and 3 kids spent the night and would definitely come back if we are passing through Gillette in the future! The staff was very friendly, and even though we missed breakfast the staff cleaning up let me in to grab a coffee and my kids in for a piece of fruit and a bowl of cereal. The waterpark was great! Kids had a blast and their only complaint was that the one larger slide was closed… but I wouldn’t lower my rating because of that, it wasn’t a big deal at all "
