"My wife and I stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Gillette for a one-night trip. The room was clean, had nice amenities (fridge, cooktop, desk, large tv, etc.) but was a bit of an awkward layout. Maintenance hadn't been kept up with minor dings/scratches all over and even a small hole where the backup door lock had contacted a door. "The real bummer upon arrival was the fact that the elevator was out of order. We had to hike our suitcases three flights the whole weekend …we were there for dance competition so that really was no fun. But the staff more than made up for that. Probably the nicest hotel staff I’ve encountered, and they probably had a lot of complaining , angry people. But they didn’t let that change the kindness they showed!! "

"1 night stay, returning customers. This is the only hotel we stay at while in Gillette. Hotel was packed due to a volleyball tournament and dance competition. Staff kept up very well. Pool was great. Breakfast was great for a free meal. Rooms were cleaned well. Noticed the smell of sanitation as we walked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back. "

"Was a nice place and clean. Every day they clean the rooms. The Receptionist was very kind. I don't remember her name but the weekdays say shift lady has a 5+ stars in service.
