Find All-inclusive Hotel in Northeast Region

"Com a expansão o hotel não conseguiu manter o padrão. A comida ficou bastante ruim e a infraestrutura básica não atende a totalidade dos hospedes, faltam lugares na sombra em frente as piscinas e inclusive faltou guarda sol na praia . Eu voltei ao hotel devido a excelência, mas agora não voltarei mais"

"Overall, I would stay at this location again. My biggest issue was that I booked a triple room and they attempted to put me in a double room. They then took over 3 hours, multiple and multiple back and forks before I finally had to express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of a solution before they finally made us change rooms to a triple.
