The property in rin down. The pool is dirty and there is a glass thar prevents you to see the ocean from it. The breakfast has poor quality food. The rooms are old. They do not ever have enough pool or beach towel for guests. The internet is extremely slow! We will not come back!

O hotel é bem localizado, estrutura externa grande, maioria dos quartos reformados. O café da manhã é bom. Pontos de melhoras, são muitos, falta muita empatia e cortesia por parte dos funcionários, conta se nos dedos os simpáticos, acredito que estão insatisfeitos com algo ou lhes faltam treinamento para um atendimento acolhedor. O quarto era reformado, mas paguei a tarifa mais Alta, de acordo com as fotos teria varanda no quarto e nada disso. Enfim, não sei se volto.

A avaliação sobre o hotel é a seguinte: Pontos Positivos: • Preço razoável, com um bom custo-benefício. • Café da manhã decente, com opções como bolo baeta e algumas comidas típicas da região. Pontos a Melhorar: • Variedade no café da manhã: senti falta de itens como queijo coalho e pão de queijo. Os sucos eram poucos e sem sabor, e não havia suco de laranja, que é básico. Sobre o Quarto: • Quarto pequeno e localizado no térreo, o que prejudicou a privacidade. Era possível ouvir todas as conversas no corredor, o que incomodou. • Problema de limpeza no quarto original, com muitas formigas na cama. Após comunicar à equipe, o hotel ofereceu uma troca para um quarto sem o mesmo problema. • O box do chuveiro vazava, molhando o chão do banheiro, o que foi inconveniente. Atendimento: • O atendimento foi bom, mas nada excepcional. Diante do preço, esperava um pouco mais. Em resumo, foi uma experiência ok, com pontos positivos e negativos, mas o hotel tem margem para melhorar.

Estádia foi boa, o custo benefício foi muito bom, pelo valor o hotel supera as expectativas. Porém só tenho duas situações que poderiam melhorar: limpeza do quarto, não limparam o quarto e não trocaram as toalhas. O estacionamento o valor é pago por fora, acho um valor até tranquilo, porém deveria ser avisado com antecedência.
