Apesar da estrutura do hotel ser muito boa, acredito que os valores praticados no almoço e jantar do restaurante principal deveriam ser disponibilizados com antecedência, no site do hotel ou outro canal de comunicação. Além disso, os elevados valores dessas refeições inviabilizam o seu consumo pelos hóspedes, forçando-os a adotarem estratégias diversas para alimentar seus familiares. Um almoço e jantar para uma família média de 04 integrantes gira em torno de R$ 800,00 por dia, o que é bem acima da média de hotéis e resorts, inclusive.

Foi realmente muito constrangedor ser impedida de entrar no quarto. O ramal 9 não funciona. Ninguém nunca sabe nada. As tolhas de piscinas no domingo chegaram às 10:20 Eu estava com mimha mãe de 84 anos q ficou molhada esperando resolver a porta que não abria as 11:30 hrs. Absurdo mesmo constrangedor. Tofos nossos pertences dentro do quarto. Não volto e não indico.

Estadia excelente. Quartos e estrutura muito boas! A programação infantil e pra adultos tb mto boas! O quarto maravilhoso! Acho que poderia melhorar na recepção, a atendente do checkin nada simpática, além do que um dos quartos reservados (o de duas idosas) não estava pronto e ela disse que precisaríamos esperar 40min. Contestei se esse tempo seria compensado no checkout e ela disse que apenas se tivesse disponibilidade, mandou que todas ficassem no meu quarto aguardando. Porém no quarto o telefone não funcionava. Precisei ir na recepção 2x pra resolver isso. Check out com fila enorme, tinha uma parte de fila preferencial que no momento que chamaram, era só para checkin e uma moça grávida ficou sem fila e mandaram aguardar num canto, sendo que eu dei minha vez.

O lugar é incrível, a melhor e maior piscina que já vi. A comida é muito boa e tem uma boa variedade de cardápio no jantar. Muitas atividades com monitores para crianças, aliás, um parque dedicado a eles muito bem elaborado e seguro. O staff sempre gentis e dedicados, só tive um contratempo na recepção na chegada, esperei muito p ser atendido e quando perguntei se ia demorar, ouvi que deveria aguardar as orientações. De resto, tudo perfeito
