"The property for the $ is great. The people are outstanding. Very safe area and parking free, with front desk validation every ticket..which was kinda annoying. The free breakfast is amazing with omelet and waffle chef prepared to order. She was awesome! Buffet had a nice mix of prepared hot food and good buffet of cold options. Rooms are comfortable with a variety of pillow types in standard king. The room was updated but still worn. My biggest issue was food was left in mini fridge by previous...

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."

"I love love kove this hotel. I stay here every time I visit STL. The staff have the customer rapport that can't be taught, it's ao natural. They are top notch. The hotel is always clean. The breakfasts are superb and the eating area is Bright and well cleaned. The location is perfectly close to STL family attractions like the Science Center and the Zoo! Its just nthe right size and it's never too noisy. I just can't say enough good things about this hotel! "
