"Due to hwy 40 closure we ended up staying in Holbrook. The woman who checked us in was fabulous and so very helpful in a stressful situation. It is an older hotel that has been remodeled. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We had a nice size frig and small microwave. The bathrooms are older design and small but the water was nice and hot. The restaurant right next door was great! We were very happy to find this place!! "

"I stayed here during a round trip, coming and going one night each way. The first night the manager kindly offered me a ground floor room, but the second time he told me there was not one available so I stayed on the 2nd floor. Both rooms were identical, clean and nicely remodeled. Only the bath/shower areas were old. The heating worked well and everything else worked fine. The hot breakfast was a nice treat, although the coffee was weak."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great/hot unlike other hotels. Pool was not freezing. Didn't do breakfast but apple juice and orange juice. They had waffle makers and cereal, toast. Room shower was good pressure and temperature. Only negative was the floor should be cleaned. Feet got dirty walking across. Staff at at night was helpful and morning person had a very happy disposition. We would look to stay again. "
